The photo requirements have been released so we can now take your photograph according to the DV-2011 guidelines.
Come into the shop and we will take your photograph. We will then e-mail the photo to you within the hour or give it to you on a CD, whichever you prefer. Before we send it on to you, we will validate it online on the DV-2011 website to ensure that you have nothing to worry about regarding its submission.

Please note that the only website to gain valid information regarding the DV-2011 is on the US Government Website. Form DS-5501 Electronic Diversity Visa (e-DV) Application for online Diversity Visa Lottery entry, is not available now. This official form is available only on the Department State, Diversity Visa online entry website at http://www.dvlottery.state.gov/ during the online entry registration period.

Please Note: There have been instances of fraudulent websites posing as official U.S. Government sites. Some companies posing as the U.S. Government have sought money in order to “complete” lottery entry forms. There is no charge to download and complete the Electronic Diversity Visa Entry Form.
